I seriously doubt you'll get a 15^50 for 5k.. even req 13's go for more than that, you may be able to get a r11-13 15% stance for ~10k..
The only thing you'll probably be able to get for 5k is a r11+ 15% enchanted.. Just my two cents.

A req. 13 chaos axe wouldn't be so expansive I think ( I hope ...) |
